My first order was a rather large one so when I found out all of them were in stock, I was very pleased. Believe it it or not, that's a rarity these days for some reason. Then I get an email the following day telling me the entire order shipped. My order arrived within just a few days and everything was what I wanted. But wait... There's more!!! Seriously though, the absolute best part was receiving a separate email from one of the owners thanking me for my business. Now I don't know if it's an automated feature or not but non the less, it's nice to know your appreciated as a customer.
