Love my new patches. Great product. I placed them on my jacket and have been wearing them proudly since
I was sent someone else's order, no big deal, things happen. What I don't like though is that after I reached out to see how they would like to handle it is no one ever got back to me. Then I followed up on my first email giving them the benefit of the doubt, still no answer 2 weeks later. The stuff I did receive seems to be good quality, but the customer service has not been there for me.
The flag patch looked perfect. Color was right and had clean lines. It wasn’t flawed or imperfect in anyway. Very nice quality with a great price.
Just what I wanted for my knights Templar “crusaders” vibe on my backpacks. The shield resembles those used by the Christian warriors during the crusades and symbolizes my faith. Quality construction.
I'm disappointed with the quality. Normally Annin flags are high quality but this one was sewn incorrectly and is misaligned along the top where two colors join.
I ordered multiple patches and everything came out great and was very pleased except for 1 patch. The corner were extremely frayed and unraveling. I've made numerous attempts to reach out about the issue only to be ignored.
You can’t really beat the $12 4-pack special. I was able to add 4 patches to my collection for the price of one. Quality overall is good, although the MC black patch has material that is kind of loose, I suspect because they just took MC black cloth and sewed it in. That’s my only complaint but for the price it’s no big deal and not something anyone would notice anyway. The rest of the patches are solid.
The Black Made in USA Hoody is a well-made, warm, heavyweight sweatshirt manufactured and screen-printed in America. It's worth every penny and an excellent product offered by Gadsden and Culpeper. Impressive!

I like the T-shirt along with the other three I bought. And I've been buying T-shirts from your company for a while now. But I have a problem with one of the four I bought and that is the charcoal Don't tread on me with the large decal on the back and small One on the front Left side of the shirt.. it came with a small hole in it. I would like a replacement. I don't have a problem with sending it back to you if that's what you require to send me a new one . But you're going to have to send me a self-address return package postage paid to get it back to you because I'm not paying or should I have to pay? To return a defective product that I already paid for. I wear extra large.. please respond And tell me how you're going to resolve this issue? Do you have a customer service department I can call?
When I saw this patriotic patch with crossed cutlasses I knew I needed it for my collection. It's very well made with a sturdy Velcro back to easily attach it to one of my operators caps, a jacket or rucksack.
The front lettering FREEDOM was clearly crooked. I cannot believe that someone made this and thought it looks great. Then someone folded it, packed it, and actually mailed it. There is no way that you cannot tell that this looks like crap. I tried emailing customer support & calling the phone number to try to get this resolved. I’m furious about this situation. Will not recommend, will tell everyone my experience if this is not resolved. This WAS a Christmas present for my stepdad - he will NOT be receiving this shirt.
It's a great looking hat, the shipping was fast and the patches are of high quality, I will definitely order more in the future
Sweatshirt was okay but nothing durable. Iron on not the best. Sweatshirt has a hole in it. Emailed about returning and never heard back. Disappointed. Would not recommend.
