We bundled our tactical patches with a great 511 Flag Bearer Cap.

Custom patches fit the 5.11 hats perfectly. Solid colors have a 2" x 3.5" loop panel and the cam colors have a 2"x3" loop panel.

They all have VELCRO® brand fastener closures in back and are not a structured fit.

5.11 Flag bearer caps have a small amount exposed VELCRO® brand fastener loop "real-estate" for a small morale patch, it is 3/4" wide x (3"-4") depending on your fit.

    Ordered several patches and hat. Received patches in a timely fashion. Have yet to receive hat ordered and paid for. Was in touch with Gadsden about the missing item. Have yet to make it right. Very disappointed about customer service.

    Big head friendly

    I bought one of the Condor hats a long time ago and it wasn't suitable for us big-brained types. I just got this 5.11 and it actually fits my giant head!
