Being a Cold War Vet I have used this statement often and am back to using it more now then one should in this country!!!!
I grew up with "Duck and cover" as we waited for the nukes from the USSR to land on our heads. Today, the communists are in OUR government. But the response is the same.
The biggest difference I see between today and 1776 is that our enemy is on this side of the Atlantic this time.
