The Taunton was one of the first flags representing dissention in the Colonies. This flag was raised in Taunton, Massachusetts as a symbol of frustration and unwillingness to be persecuted.

The Colonials warned the British that the Colonies were a force to be reckoned with, and would not accept the any loss of their rights or freedom. The bold words “Liberty and Union” reflect the original sentiment of the Colonists, which was to be treated as equal citizens of the British Empire, (“No taxation with representation!”) rather then be excluded from it.

Nyl-Glo-100% SolarMax nylon for outdoor use.

Featuring white Polyester Duck heading and brass grommets.

Double needle seam with 4 rows back-stitch reinforcement.

Outstanding Flag

This is one of my favorite flags to fly and run with. The lettering is straight and looks great. Although the product picture shows the lettering as tilted and kind of crooked, the final product is as it should be. They might want to consider updating the product picture because the reason I did not buy the flag much earlier was because the lettering looks messed up. Nonetheless it is high quality, made in the USA, and has vivid coloring. The Union Jack looks great and the flags commands attention. 5/5!

Quality At A Great Price

As a "flag guy" I know these guys. I wanted a quality, US-made Taunton for Lexington & Concord anniversaries. These gents had it at a very fair price and it'll fly above my also-Annin correct size (45" long) Bedford flag on the 19th of Aprils.
