Wrong product and HORRIBLE customer service

I hope it was an honest mistake and they know the difference between the US Army flag and the Army logo. Unfortunately, I don't know if they do or not, because they will not respond to any of my emails. I have sent over 4 emails and there is NO response! That's not bad customer service, that's NO customer service!!! I'm a straight shooter combat vet and I don't sugar coat anything. Sorry guys, great product, just HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
