Tru-Spec Contractor Boonies

These hats were not available for a few months and nobody else had them. I even wrote to the manufacturer. Amy, in the Gadsden and Culpepper office emailed me when they got them back in stock and I purchased immediately. Over the years, I've purchased numerous boonies in coyote, tan and black. A must-have if you like to wear hats with patriotic Velcro patches. Also a vital piece of equipment offering sun protection, especially if you're a boater in Florida .

Boonie is exactly as described and beats a regular baseball cap any day of the week it gives you 360 degree protection from the sun and has the map pocket or a dope card if you prefer or just a place to put notes or pictures if you’re old school. Hat is durable and made of good quality materials the only thing I will say is if you wear it a lot eventually the sun will bleach out the color other than that it’s a great hat!!

Good quality, well made and study. Like that I can change patches. All my buddies have made very positive comments. Never had a bad experience with this outfit. They always get it in mail quickly. Happy New Year G&C!

The boonies fit good. Glad there is a strap for the windy days. The brim provides a fair amount of sun block. Wish there was a band for sweat.
