I use a few of these for participation in my county's CERT team as a sort of uniform hat. I like my hats and as such require a particular fit. A little too much headroom for me brand new (still fits fine) but after a wash they fit just right. Construction is solid. Bill is sturdy, but takes to manually adding a little extra curve/bend pretty well.

Pictures don’t match what you get

Ordered two Condor hats, trusting the website photos matched the product. Received two hats, but not the ones shown in the pictures. Emailed customer support the day after receiving them—no response so far, except for a "rate your transaction" email. Disappointing experience. They need to do better.
