I ordered the 1'x3 3/4 back of the hat patch but unfortunately that is not the what I received. I sent several emails to their customer service dept. without a reply. Apparently their attitude is if they ship the wrong items, it is the purchaser’s problem. They have the worst customer service in the industry and I would never recommend this company to anyone until they improve the performance of their shipping department and develop a customer service department, which apparently is currently nonexistent.

I grew up old school military as in sewing everything on. These hook & loop patches are sooo nice. No knocks on the way things were done during my time (RVN) or our fathers time (WW2) in service however these are so much easier, cleaner looking and if you smart off and are busted done in grade (who me?) these don't have the unfaded material showing below where you old rank was, Sometimes progress IS better than the good ol' days.
