This patch was colored exactly as I wanted it and was perfect for the application I wanted it for!

Bought two patches, one for a jacket, one for a sweater. Both were high quality, easy to apply, and look great.

Customer Service is nonexistent here from this company. It’s funny often a most successful company’s greatest competitor is itself in how sterile it becomes in nurturing its own customer base with service to questions. Great products POOR Service

Bought two hats, but one of them was wrong. Instead of beige, it was dark green. I notified Amy about it and she said she hoped I didn’t notice. Pretty insulting if you ask me.
