Hat for Corrections Officer

I’m a correctional officer and this is the perfect hat for work. It’s black, most importantly, breathable for the summer heat and it has a Velcro patch on the back that is the perfect size for my name patch. This is the 2nd hat I purchased, only because the first hat has been used 5 days a week for 2 years (kinda filthy). I will buy this hat again in 2 years, God willing.

Ordered two hats, only got one

They said they were out of stock and would ship it in a day or so. It’s been two weeks and no hat. Multiple emails to customer service and now they are claiming it was sent. They can pretend but this is not how business is done in the USA
