Crusader Cross T-Shirt

sent email no reply, crusader shirt was suppose to be xl not xxl poor customer service, had a problem in the past and i did not get a reply either . I guess i have to do my shopping somewhere else?

I love the graphics but the fit is not what I had hoped for. The sleeves are baggy and not fitted for a workout type of body style. I probably will never wear it sadly.

My screw up became the prefect Customer Service solution. I clicked the wrong size box, I contacted CS and explained I got the wrong size shirt's, Amy replied to me via email, saying that she would send the correct size along with a pre-paid return label. Sure enough the new shirts arrived in a few days along with the pre paid label. This was all done at G&C's expense folks. You don't find Customer Service like that just anywhere these days. Never mind the shirts, they are the same high quality as always from G&C. It's the Customer Service that put the "icing on this cake."
