I would love to review this item, as it was ordered on 9July. But I cannot, as it was not shipped with the rest of the order, which was received 13July. On 20July, I sent an email inquiring about the status of this item, and here we are, on 31July, still waiting for any response, update, or any communication at all, really. Also bothersome is that the inventory system used indicates this set was shipped, even though the handwritten note clearly indicates it was not. Most telling, though, is the lack of communication acknowledging the problem and that it is being seen to. Fifteen business days is a long time to leave customers totally in the dark.
